To our customers, vendors and other stakeholders:

I have never been more proud of Aramsco and our partners than I am today. All of you are playing a critical role in protecting the world around us. As an industry that specializes in cleaning and remediating hazardous environments, we are being called upon in ways once thought unimaginable.

All of us are stepping up to the challenge. Stories are pouring in about remediation, restoration, and cleaning contractors being called upon at all hours of the night to provide remediation services in response to COVID-19.  We are also proudly supplying hospitals and government agencies with critical supplies as they serve on the front lines of the battle against this virus. We’ve seen vendor partners pushing production of safety products, janitorial, cleaning, disinfecting, air filtration and containment products to their limits. Our team is on the phone 24 hours a day so we can do our best to provide service during these difficult times. Warehouse team members, drivers, and service technicians are seeing increased workloads in response to unprecedented demand.

We have other customers who, while not directly responding to the threat of COVID-19, are doing their best to ensure essential services continue to be provided to individuals and institutions across the United States and Canada. Our customers are finding a way to ensure the things that need to be done are getting done.

Aramsco is taking several steps to provide for the health and safety of all of our stakeholders. We have implemented social distancing strategies across our entire workforce. Some team members are working remotely and we have reduced the number of people in each of our buildings. We are providing hygiene and social distancing guidance to on-site team members and delivery professionals.  While we remain open for business we are having customers call ahead (or from outside our buildings) and are arranging curb-side drop off and pick-up for the safety of our team members and customers. We have also suspended customer education events and customer appreciation days. We are telling employees to stay at home if they are sick, sending out frequent reminders on hygiene best practices, and regularly disinfecting surfaces and commonly touched areas. All of these efforts play a role in stopping the spread of COVID-19 and we appreciate your patience in these matters.

We remain committed to serving our customers so they can continue to respond when called upon. We appreciate the tireless work of vendor partners to help us maintain our supply chain, and we appreciate the patience and ongoing support of our customers.
