IDP Labs One Step Prep Floor Finish - 5 Gal.

Highly durable, non-yellowing floor finish that when properly maintained with one step treatment maintainer greatly prolongs, if not eliminates, need to strip. Dry time on the finish is three to five minutes. Slip coefficient exceeds both ASTM and ADA requirements. The coverage rate averages at 3000 to 4000 sq-ft/gal according to floor type and surface. It is recommended to apply four to six coats according to traffic, floor type and surface. The normal maintenance is to mop or auto scrub on a regular basis with IDP one step treatment maintainer and scrub and recoat once per year. It is easy to repair and due to its non-yellowing qualities the repair will not be seen even if it was done years after the finish was first applied.

• Apply to a clean surface, either stripped and rinsed floor or over existing finish which has been deep scrubbed with one step treatment daily maintainer
