Unlike any floor cleaner on the market today. It can be mopped on or put directly into an auto scrubber or power washer. It is in the neutral range but will not only clean and protect your floor, it will take out tough stains like rust and food products such as vinegar, beet juice, wine, mustard, etc. This product has both a drawing effect and suspension, setting it apart from other popular cleaners.

• One step treatment (daily cleaner) - 25000 surface/gal
• When used in an auto scrubber plan on a coverage of 30000 surface per gal of treatment
• Treatment is typically used at a dilution rate of 4 oz per gal (2 cups in a mop bucket) when mopped down
• For top scrubbing prior to recoat use 8 oz per gal dilution rate
• In auto scrubbers use 2 - 4 oz per gal dilution rate
