Rather than being inside a warehouse, this brand-new facility is located outdoors and is built on an easily accessible crawlspace with a dirt floor. Since it's not concrete like most others you can learn real methods for properly drying crawlspaces. The facility features construction techniques and finishes found around the country like drywall, plaster, tile, stone, vinyl, hardwood, wood sub floor, cabinets, concrete, and cinder block among others.
